Send us the details and we’ll review it for Ottawalist. Markets, shows, sports, food, culture, community events, and free things to do are all welcome.

Provide the official event details below. Ottawalist reviews every submission before publication, so submitting does not guarantee a listing.

Required: Event Name, Category, Start Date, Location / Venue, Short Description, Your Name, and Contact Email. End Date is required only for multi-day events.

Choose a start date after today.
End Date will match Start Date. Uncheck this option to add an End Date for a multi-day event.
Times use Ottawa local time (Eastern Time) and are available in 30-minute intervals. If you add one time, add both.
For overnight events, make this a multi-day event and choose the following day as the End Date.

After you submit, Formspree will show a confirmation page. We review submissions before adding them to Ottawalist; if you do not see a confirmation, return to this page and try again.

Tip: Events with a clear date, location, image, and ticket/details link are easier to feature.
